Dr Alex Mardapittas: Managing Director

Alex studied at Kings College London and then at Brunel University. On completing his research fellowship for Manufacturing Metrology in 1993, he went on to work in professional computer software training and development. As an experienced Chartered Engineer, with a research doctorate, he possesses extensive knowledge of software programming and innovative engineering design, which has allowed him to provide award-winning solutions to the marketplace.

Katia Barber: Finance Director

Katia was the independent accountant for EMSc UK Ltd from the company’s inception, and in December 2008 was appointed to the position of Finance Director, where she plays an integral role in the financial and strategic operations of the company.

Katia has a BSc in Business Studies and is an ACA Chartered Accountant and CTA Chartered Tax Advisor, she trained and qualified with an international firm of chartered accountants and has considerable experience of working with PLC groups and SME’s.
