Hotelstar is able to provide substantial energy savings by means of intelligent control. Sensors monitor the guest rooms discreetly and switch power accordingly to avoid waste of energy, such as lights being left on when there are no occupants in the rooms.

Whilst rooms are occupied guests have complete control of all the facilities on offer.
From the moment a guest leaves the room the system takes control and overrides any settings which have been made by the guest. When the guest returns to the room the Hotelstar system immediately returns the power, switching the appliances to those set by the guest.

The Hotelstar uses sophisticated software to ensure that guests comforts are never compromised, carrying out in excess of 35 checks to ensure no other guests are within the room. The Hotelstar system is installed in a discreet location to ensure the system is not visible to guests.
