Lightstar

The lightstar system is an innovative product which optimises electricity consumption without compromising the quality of the light source. Lightstar works on the principle of reduced voltage working using electromagnetic induction

Motorstar

Motorstar is an intelligent system which monitors the torque on motors and decides how the motor is to be connected.  If the load on the motor is small, the Motorstar system will switch into savings mode and will achieve savings of between 8.5 and 10 per cent.

Motorstar has a range of applications and is ideal for plastic moulding machines, fans, pumps, presses or any other lightly loaded motor. Typically, the Motorstar system can pay for its investment in just over a year to a year and a half.

 

Autostar 

The Autostar system is an automatic shutdown unit which takes control of your non essential process equipment.
Using sensors it automatically detects and isolates specific equipment and turns it off when not in use.

Autostar can be adjusted to your specification and set so that maximum savings are made without imposing excessive start cycles that affect motor and equipment life.

  • Removes the need for staff to manually switch off equipment
  • Automated system which is reliable and effective
  • Considerable energy savings can be made for example, energy reductions of up to 75 per cent have been measured on granulators
